At Sweat Rebel Fitness, every workout is built on movement and connection. Classes are small (8–25 people), so coaches can give you the presence, guidance, and support you need.Choose your path:
Strength Training (Reps) – build muscle, stability, and confidence.
Bootcamps – full-body conditioning with energy and variety.
Ride – indoor cycling for endurance and power.
Rumble – boxing-inspired cardio and strength.
Fusion – a blend of strength and cardio in one class.

Zikhara Yoga
Rooted in Stillness, Strength, and Flow
Zikhara is our exclusive sister studio—two intimate rooms, Sun and Moon, each designed for 10–14 people. Between classes, gather in our tea room for conversation and connection.Our classes invite you to turn inward, find balance, and move with intention:
Restorative & Yin – slow down, release, restore.
Vinyasa & Power Flow – energize through breath and movement.
Barlates & Pilates – build strength with mindful control.
Barre Fusion – flow between sculpt and stretch.
Every class is guided by instructors who meet you where you are—helping you reconnect with your body and leave feeling centered, strong, and renewed.
