We are dedicated to providing a truly empowering and revitalizing workout experience. We focus on creating an environment with subdued lighting and lively music to enrich the workout session. We exclusively utilize top-notch Stages SC2 Indoor Cycling bikes, offering a smooth and uninterrupted ride. Our classes cater to individuals of all fitness levels, from novices to seasoned riders.
We offer a variety of indoor cycling classes, from blended sessions to 45/60 minute rides, that deliver a high-intensity cardio workout accompanied by lively music and motivating guidance. Participants will utilize stationary bikes to incinerate calories, boost endurance, and work up a sweat by tackling challenging hill climbs and level paths.
Class Setup: The class takes place in a 20-ft x 40-ft space with high ceilings to accommodate 20 indoor cycling bikes. The space also includes industrial fans for air circulation, a large speaker system, and a small weight rack attached to each bike. It is dimly lit.
Before Class: We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes early to set up your bike. For first-time attendees, we suggest arriving 10 minutes early for an orientation on bike setup and essential tips. This early arrival is crucial, as the instructor will only be able to provide one-on-one assistance after the class has started. We kindly ask that cell phones be silenced and kept off to the side to maintain an energetic atmosphere.
For your convenience, we provide sweat towels, earplugs for a more immersive experience, and a filtered water station to keep you hydrated throughout the class.
To Bring: Clean indoor shoes with a stiff sole or bike cleats, water, and your energy!

Start with a 15-20 minute high-intensity indoor cycling session, then transition into a 30-35 minute strict core-focused class on a yoga mat using bodyweight and strength training equipment.
Spin Nβ ABs
Start with a 30-minute high-intensity indoor cycling session, then transition into a 30-minute conditioning class using various strength training equipment for a full-body workout.
Cardio Boxing
Cardio Boxing is an exhilarating class that guarantees a high-calorie burn. In this 45βor 60-minute session, you will experience a combination of cycling and guided boxing drills that deliver a comprehensive total-body workout while also enhancing stamina, endurance, and cardio. Held in a dimly lit setting with energizing music, this class offers physical benefits and a dynamic and enjoyable mental stress reliever.
Class Setup: Group 1 and Group 2 will alternate between cycling and boxing drills from 2 to 4 minutes.
Before Class: Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before class to set up your bike, get your hands wrapped, and select your boxing gloves. All supplies are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Private Classes
Private functions and classes are often organized for sports team dryland training. Coaches work together to design these events specifically. We also create healthy and enjoyable celebrations such as birthdays, baby showers, ladies night out, and fun co-workers' classes, including exercise games and customized playlists.
Before Booking: please reach out and let us know the type of event or class you'd like to organize so we can help you create a custom experience. The minimum charge is $105 (plus taxes), and for sports associations, the minimum charge is $75 (plus taxes). If you want to rent the space and provide your own instructor, please contact us to check availability. Basic bookings start at $50.
