Come to our cross-conditioning class, where you will learn Olympic lifting techniques and foundational conditioning movements. This is the perfect opportunity to focus on improving your technique and form. Since the class size is small, our instructor can provide individual attention to each member. We offer modifications and variations for those undergoing rehabilitation or looking to progress to a higher level.
The class will consist of a warm-up, technique instruction, and a daily workout lasting 15 to 20 minutes. You'll have plenty of time to practice and safely perform these movements, and various modifications will help you progress.

CrossCon is a fantastic way to challenge yourself and take your fitness to the next level, you will receive a comprehensive workout that combines the strength-building benefits of powerlifting and Olympic lifting, the agility and balance development of gymnastics, and functional movements that engage your entire body.
NOTE: IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER OR HAVE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE, PLEASE CONSIDER TRYING SWEAT CON, POWERLIFTING, TRX, OR STRENGTH CONDITIONING CLASS. This is not required, but it is encouraged.
Before Class: If you are rehabilitating, a beginner, or new to the class, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and speak with the instructor to discuss any progressions or variations that may need to be incorporated.
Powerlifting
Experience a powerlifting program where we will focus is on mastering technique, improving flexibility, building muscle, and maximizing strength. With an unwavering emphasis on powerlifting, we guarantee to help you track your progress on a weekly basis. You will revel in the perfect combination of precision, results, and personal growth. You will have the freedom to work independently and can team up with a partner for spotting when needed.
Before Class: Flat, firm shoes or lifting footwear are ideal. Soft and cushioned shoes can impact stability. Bring a water bottle. Tracking journals will be provided to regulars to track progress.
