Hannah Korhonen

Co-Owner of Sweat Rebel Fitness and Zikhara Yoga Studio. She is a dedicated professional always expanding her knowledge. CFES/ISSA PT, Weight Instructor, Group Instructor, Crossfit Level 1, Schwinn Indoor Cycling, Pumped Up Strength, Youth and Senior Coach, American Barre Technique and currently working on her mobility, bodybuilding and nutrition coaching certifications. Outside of the studio you can find her playing D & D, volunteering and hanging her with family

Crystal Sawatzky

Co-owner of Sweat Rebel Fitness and Zikhara Yoga Studio. During the day she is a busy accountant and by night she ventures between both studios as a CFES Group Instructor and 200 Hour RYT Yoga Instructor. Crystal lives for Tacos, Unicorns, Cats and Plants. Her smile always lights up a room.

    Group Fitness and Indoor Cycling Instructor

    Michele just celetebrated 20 years as a fitness instructor. She isn’t showing you how to unleash the beast she is a dedicated professional in the school system and amazing hockey player and coach. She lives life to the fulliest and always up for a new adventure

  • Heidi Richardson

    Group Fitness Instructor

    Heidi loves balancing upbeat and encourage vibes in her class. She is originally from Haida Gwaii BC and is really passionate about health and wellness. Heidi will be launching some amazing programs in the future. She loves camping, hunting and hiking with her family and friends.

  • Brittaney Finnigan

    Indoor Cycling and Group Fitness Instructor

    Brittaney loves to add spice to her classes and can really pump up a crowd. She brings big energy, big hugs and big moves. Brittaney is currently working on a speclization that focuses around hormone health and postpardum training. She loves spending time with her family and friends.

  • Lindsay Barton MacDonald

    Group Instructor

    Lindsay specalizes in Powerlifting and TRX Suspension Training. She is dedicated and passionate to fitness and wellness. She is an advocate for self love and wants to work with people to help foster that physical and self growth. When Lindsay isn’t slaying the gym she is running around with her littles at her daycare.

  • Nadia Movold

    Indoor Cycling Instructor

    Nadia brings the heat to cycling classes with some fusion of core and toning with big beats. Nadia has been teaching for over 10 years and her playlists are banging. Nadia is passionate about fitness either in group classes or playing hockey. Nadia doesn’t just slay in the gym, she is also buzzing all over town as dedicated realtor for Remax.

  • Jaime Siguenza

    Crossfit Level 2 Instructor

    Jaime started his coaching career in 2013 and is very passionate about the benefits of Crossfit, in particular its applicability to first responders and its ability to prepare them for difficulties of their job (unknown and knowable). Jaime is constanting reaching new goals and traveling for competitions.

    Brandon is passionate about continously reaching new goals and challenging himself. He loves trying new classes and seeing the benefits of each style of training. He enjoys Powerlfiting and learning how to olympic lift. Brandon subtitutes classes when he is not working as an electirical supervisor.

    Crossfit Level 1 Instructor

    Daphne is dedicated to her career in marketing. She is currently enrolled in her masters program and recently on boarded with the Sweat Rebel Tribe after completing her certification. You may see her around the studio and soon teaching classes.
